Refunds and Returns Policy

Our refund policy lasts 10 business days. If 10 business days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Due to the nature of goods sold in our store, we do not accept returns. We do however, offer a replacement or refund for damaged or defective items.

Refunds

We only refund items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt by the customer. It is important that you inspect your goods when received. If you received a damaged or defective item, please send us an email (within 10 business days of receiving your item) at info@skinperfusion.co together with your order number and pictures of the defective or damaged items. From the pictures of the damaged items it must be evident that the item was damaged during transport, for example, loss of product contents within its packaging or transport packaging. Send us as many pictures as you can.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Late or missing refunds

Please allow 10 business days for your refund to reflect in your bank account. If you still have not received your refund after 10 business days of your refund being approved by us, please contact us at info@skinperfusion.co

Replacement

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received a damaged or defective item, please send us an email (within 10 business days of receiving your item) at info@skinperfusion.co together with your order number and pictures of the defective or damaged items. From the pictures of the damaged items it must be evident that the item was damaged during transport, for example, loss of product contents within its packaging or transport packaging. Send us as many pictures as you can.

Returns/exchanges

Due to the nature of products sold in our store, we do not except returns or allow exchanges of items.
